Following in the traditions of the Monday Night Band, BMJO rehearses most Mondays throughout the year, focusing on reading jazz literature of all types. BMJO performs sporadically throughout the year.  BMJO has performes at venues and events such as the Bouquet, The Sapphire Room, Gene Harris Jazz Festival, and Boise Music week.  BMJO also shares performances as a fundraiser to schools throughout the Treasure Valley to support Jazz Education.
